Where is the data hosted?
Data from our cloud services is hosted in Switzerland. It is never resold or used for commercial purposes.
Do your solutions comply with the nFADP and the GDPR?
Data protection is built in by design: only the data needed is collected, retention periods are configurable, and access and deletion rights are easy to exercise.
Are your solutions available outside Switzerland?
Yes. Our software is designed for Switzerland and Europe, and can be deployed internationally through our partners.

What is a captive portal?
It is the page that appears automatically when a visitor connects to a public Wi-Fi network, before they are given access to the Internet.
Which log-in methods are available?
A code sent by e-mail or text message, an access code handed out by the venue, or third-party authentication depending on your project.
Do we need to replace our Wi-Fi equipment?
In most cases, no. Your distributor checks that your infrastructure is compatible.
How long are logs kept?
The retention period is set according to the obligations that apply to your organisation.

Does the recipient need to install software?
No. They receive a secure link that opens in their browser.
What happens to files after sending?
They are permanently deleted when the link expires, after the period you have chosen.
Can I tell whether my document has been downloaded?
Yes. You can track the downloads of each transfer.
